I have been a long-time patient of this practice and I am very disappointed in the recent experience had with this office and the office manager, Carlo. I was having right chest/pectoral pain that kept me up the night before and carried into the next day. I asked my granddaughter to contact Dr. Alfonso's office to see if they could get me in for an appointment that day or the next or if he could call me in something or what I should do. I knew it was not heart related because it was on my right side not my left, but I felt very uncomfortable since the night before and I needed some kind of relief from the pain. They never contacted my granddaughter or myself back regarding the two urgent messages. Furthermore, the office manager, Carlo, was very rude and disrespectful to my granddaughter who was just trying to help me. The lack of empathy from this office and its office manager, Carlo, is more than disappointing. Neither myself or my wife will be returning to this practice.
