No problem with Dr, office staff is the worst
My husband and I made appts to establish care after moving to FL. He saw Dr. P, I saw Dr. C. Both had the same things done. Ears, throat, heart and lung checks. History taken, sent for labs. I got an appt to go over labs, hubby did not (?). I went to Quest. No orders on file for me. Hubby got his done. 2nd Quest appt paperwork was there. I returned to see Dr. C to go over the results (all normal as per Quest app). She was behind, could I see Dr. P. Went over normal results. Hubby’s bill was coded appropriately and my ins. paid for an annual well visit. I seem to owe for my first visit even though the visits were exactly the same. I’ve left multiple messages for billing. Even went into the office. Got a call today from the office. “Jennifer”says I owe the bill. Office sent another email for Jennifer to call me. Now I see multiple reviews of Jennifer and they are not good. We’ll find other Drs. Not worth the hassle. Do the Drs know their business office is losing patients for them?
