EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Good Afternoon. My story is a great one about the care I had received at Palm Coast Womens Care with Dr Brown. I would first like to acknowledge ALL the staff from the front desk , nurses and of course Dr Brown.I was diagnosed with a ovarian cyst through a ultrasound at another GYN office. It was large and the decision was to do surgery. After 6 days, I had to go to the ER cause the pain had increased, to find out so did my cyst. It grew 1.5 cm more in that time period. The other drs office said they couldn't get me scheduled for surgery till February ! I found that so very concerning. And neglected. to have to wait that time period considering that I was in pain, and it was growing. Then, I had found Dr Browns office. Boy oh boy, from the time I called to schedule the appointment to post op I was cared for, my health mattered to ALL of the office.I can't express enough my gratitude and confidence to everyone at the office knowing my health matters and I'm cared for.
