I made an appointment for this doctor which was cancelled at the last minute because the doctor had a personal issue on the morning of the appointment. Then, when I arrived for the new appointment, the rude receptionist was very angry that I hadn’t received her new message that “unless I arrived a half hour before the scheduled appointment time, the appointment would be cancelled and I would have to pay a fee!” Obviously I was irate, and I cancelled the appointment and left. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone. Anyone who manages a business this poorly should not be trusted with anybody’s health. The break verbal contracts at will and threaten customers with fees even if they are in compliance with the agreed upon contract.
