Difficult to reach anyone by phone
Waited a long time to get an appointment. Seemed Ok when I walked-in. Sign-in process was easy. Nothing to fill out since they make you complete a life story in advance of your visit. Waited a long time to be called. The assistant took my weight and BP. She was pleasant. I thought I was seeing Dr Lam, as referred by my doctor, but I saw Jacqueline Rodriguez, NP. She spent less than 10 minutes with me. I explained all I need at this point is management of my disease. Filling my meds. She then walked me to the front and ordered a ton of lab work. Second, visit pretty much the same, except prior to I needed 1 of my medications filled and was called by someone to tell me this medication in not used in their practice and I should go back to my previous doctors office. I was told the same thing by Jacqueline Rodriguez who sounded like a broken record and she had to speak with Dr Lam before she filled the prescription. Let’s see what happens next visit, a refill is due.
