I had an appointment with the main doctor, but it was his partner who met with me. After only one meeting and check up, this doctor set me up for 'THD' surgery. He didn't explain it, but instead told me to research it myself. The next time I saw him was just before the surgery. He didn't even speak to me. Recovery after the surgery was quite painful, but I thought it should be worth it if my pain was alleviated. After 3 weeks' 'recovery', I discovered that I was in a worse state than before I underwent the surgery. I could not stand or walk for more than a few minutes without experiencing great pain, my hemorrhoids prolapsed more, my activities of daily living (standing in the shower, cooking, etc.) were now affected. I asked for an appointment with the main doctor, but was told that he did not accept my insurance. This is my personal experience with this group.
