Staff is horrible

I have zero issue with the doctors on staff here. The real issue at this location ( Port Orange ) is the staff. I was all paid up for the year on deductible and starting in August they cancelled the appointment for the first time of now four other appointments. Half the staff has no idea what the others are doing and super unprofessional. After going through several people we finally were set to an appointment after the new year only to discover the new insurance I will have they do not take. Total clowns that I would avoid. Too many options and would go elsewhere!
