My husband I have both been here, I went a few years ago for a colonoscopy and ended up getting billed by 3 different departments, which was information they never mentioned. It ended up being close to $1000. So when it was time for my husband to get a colonscopy, we doubled checked this time, and since we are over 50, we were assured that it would be no cost since it was preventative. My husbnad even called several times ahead of procedure to make sure. So besides waiting months for an appointment, after the procedure, sure enough, the bills start coming in. They cannot get their story straight and the people we've spoke with aren't very nice. We actually talked to someone in a different Borland Groover billing department out of this particular office, and he said insurance paid out for everything. So they are billing us for anestheisa that was already paid for by insurance. I would just go elsewhere to avoid having a billing headache if I were you.

My visit to the bone group clinic was dead awful When I was there, they would make appointments and not tell the person they made an appointment. They were nasty very cruel. Want the truth that’s the truth. Thank you.
