Unprofessional management only want little-no pain
Was referred by my primary dr because they supposedly have multiple spinal procedures that can help with pain. I currently have 5 herniated disc in lumbar, as well as a torn knee, both shoulders torn and neck issues, took 3 months to get all the paperwork and imaging they needed to get the intake department, which I had to collect myself and deliver straight to them. Just went to drop off my shoulders reports and they said that intake already declined me based on knee and spine reports because there’s already too much damage and can’t prescribe the amount of medication that is needed until they can do anything to help with pain. I was very frustrated and as was walking out I was mumbling about being a waste of my fing time and there was a manager heard me and the professionalism she showed was like she just released from prison. She started cussing at me and that I had no right to talk to her staff, I responded back that I was talking to myself not her secretary and that was a big wast
