Scheduling PJV and Dianne
I HAVE to recognize two people who go way above their job requirements, PJ and Dianne. They are extremely patient AND helpful scheduling appointments.Recently PJ made a huge impact on my husband's life. Thanks to PJ going the extra mile, he got him in to see the wonderful Dr Akrami for a much needed pre-op clearance for an upcoming surgery we know will ease my husband's pain. PJ really truly is giving us hope for a great new year! .... all because he cared enough to diligently check for cancelations. He and Dianne are perfect for customer service. They are both caring, polite, and professional.... all that good stuff. Both are a HUGE asset to HCA at Peacock
