Evolution Primary Care

This was my second visit and sadly I’m disappointment because time and money wasted. Dr. Dowdy genuinely seems like a nice physician, but his office however lacks the capabilities to handle menial insurance requests that are out of our controlI initially established care and mentioned my concerns, and had to schedule a follow up visit to get the recommended treatment after bloodwork, which both required a $30 copayI was prescribed medication but my insurance requested a pre-authorization be completed and the office refused to complete it citing that they do not do pre-authorizations. (Ok fine, that should be posted somewhere or prefaced in the beginning)Sheryl, the office manager after being on hold for 45mins to ask if they could make an exception in this case, she refused to take my call then hung up in my face. I called back several times to see if I can get an explanation or assistance and they repeatedly hung up the phone.
