I arrived at 9 for 9:25 appointment. I left at 12:30. Poorly managed. I expect to wait. But 3 hrs for a follow up appointment is just rude. I spoke with other patients with same issue

I had an appointment for a test (I do not know the name of the test) at 2:15 on March 7, 2022 and to see Dr. Ramjattan. I arrived on time. At 2:40 I I had not been seen. I spoke with the receptionist who told me there was a person in front of me to get the same test before I would be tested, that Dr. Ramjattan had four patients to see before she would see me, and that she had no idea how much longer I would have to wait. Due to the complete lack of respect for my time and the fact that I work for myself and therefore was losing money sitting around, I rescheduled for March 31st. I asked to speak with Dr. Ramjattan to express my displeasure about the clinic's and her total lack of care for my time and was told I could not because she was with a patient. I left a voice message with whoever answered the phone later that day asking to have Dr. Ramjattan call me. It is now one week later (March 14, 2022) and I have not heard from her or anyone else. Clearly she and the entire practice cares
