Could use improvement
Two main points stood out when I took my mom in for a checkup. The first point is this place is not suitable if you have any mobility issues. They moved us from the waiting room to the first test room, then a second test room, then the exam room, back to the waiting room, another test room, then final the exam room a second time. When I go to my eye doctor, all tests and exams are done in one room. If you have mobility issues, find another place to get your eyes examined. The second point is they assume everyone wants to buy new glasses. Therefore if you are on social security you have to tell them you don’t want glasses or a prescription so that you aren’t charged $39 for the part of the exam where the doctor flips lenses around in front of your eyes and asks you to pick the better lenses. Dr. Jones and the staff were kind, but the first two points weighed heavily since I was not aware of them prior to the visit.
