Terrible customer service reps
Switched doctor on March due to my old doctor no longer being in the group.Was advised I need to wait 3 months for the insurance to change to the new doc so I scheduled a new appointment 3 months later. June contact them to confirm new appointment was advised there was no appointment set so then I scheduled another appointment 3 more months later. On Oct I arrived at my appointment just to be told that the doctor had an emergency and cancel same day with a few hours notice. By call that I missed. Was advised they would look into getting me in earlier. Contacted today to set up an appointment and now I have to wait till December to see my doctor.I have all types of health problems that have persistent since March but can't seem to see a doctor
