Rude Employees

Called for a first time appointment. This company told me they were in network. After asking for rates, they gave me much higher rates than expected. I asked to speak to a supervisor to clarify the rates. The lady on the phone became very rude and agitated and hung up on me 3 times. I called back to cancel my appointment due to all of the disrespect I received just for asking why is my rate higher than what my insurance told me. She told me my appointment was never booked and hung up again. Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. Thank God they never booked the appointment like they said so rudely. Reps were very rude. Calling my lawyer next.
