All the staff from the front desk and nurses were very polite and answered all my questions. I always receive calls or emails on the patient portal the same day or the next day, answering all my questions. Financial makes everything easy to understand and to pay. My doctor, Imudia, is the best doctor for me. He speaks Spanish, my first language; he did all the tests to make sure I could have a safe pregnancy, gave me the opportunity for a fertility plan, and was very sincere and calm, able to provide me with faith and peace during my IVF treatment. Shady Grove Fertility has exceeded my expectations. This practice is organized, helpful, and the nurses are wonderful! I had a procedure done that I was nervous about and the nurses ( Chrissy, Julia, & Melissa) went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice!
