Unprofessional! They had me drive an hour thinking I needed to see the dentist, when all they needed was my credit card. At my first surgical appointment, I was first to arrive at 7:00am as instructed, checked in, and was left to sit there for an hour and half while many others were brought in before me. No one came to tell me what was going on or when I would be brought in. They just left me waiting. I’m a diabetic and couldn’t eat before surgery. I was on-time, why couldn’t they be? At my fist follow up the dentist was on vacation. I drove an hour only be told I needed to reschedule. It wasn’t until I told them I was having a problem that they took me right in to see another dentist. At the second surgery, I was told they no longer take my insurance and I would need to pay $1,500 out of pocket to have the surgery that day.
