The INCOMPETENT "staff" does not send a statement for over 4 months and then "threatens" to put your account in collections if not paid in 10 days.... I left TWO messages with the answering "non-service" and still have not been called by the doctor of which I told them he is the only person I need to talk with about his P_POOR "staff".... ONLY AFTER A CHAT WITH THE DOCTOR WILL I PAY MY BALANCE (~90 BUCKS)....
