Absolutely love my doctor however, the nursing stuff they are horrible they take your calls lie and tell you that they will call you Back And never do, Very rude laugh at you over the phone. The lack for their regard to mental health is Absurd to me.

Where do I begin? Provider instructed me to do blood work. Went into the office and you can't make an appointment for blood work. You come in, sit down and wait and wait. Then I get called and the lady said I was there for a shot. I stopped in my tracks and said no. She was confused and asked why I was there. I asked what patient do you think I am. She had my name right but nothing else as far as what had been ordered. At this point I was uneasy and stated that their disorganized behavior is alarming. I was prescribed a medication during another visit. It took 5 phone calls to their office to get the script called to the correct pharmacy. (Yes I gave them the pharmacy information on the visit the medication was prescribed)The fifth call I had to let them know that this it's not normal to call 5 days in a row to get someone to follow directions and they were putting my life at risk with their nonsense. After the last visit it took 6 days to get something for a cough.
