Staff wanted to argue about how I filled out one of many paper forms they asked for... To the point she got up and got in my face.

The staff does not put your request for call back for Dr in. First time, they never put the request in and three days later I ended up in the hospital. Today, got a call from the nurse practitioner about a serious lab result. After doing as she told me to do, there were a couple of issues that came up and I tried calling her. A while after first call I called back and was told no message was put in to call me. Stated they would make it a priority call back. Never received a call back, office now closed. An excellent Nurse Practitioner, however, the office obviously does not function well at all. Good place To go if you are healthy and don't develop any health issues that need immediate attention. Spoke with the Office Manager after first incident and was assured it would not happen again. Why have a primary Dr. If you cannot count on them to help you when you need it? So very disheartened by the experience here.
