Terrible experience, and staff up front are rude. Received appointment confirmation text prior to appt, and confirmed through text. Arrived at the scheduled appointment time, and was told they wouldn't be able to see me. Vero ENT wasted about 50 minutes of my day. Won't bother rescheduling telehealth appointments are more reliable with other providers, and much less abrasive.

Testing Doctor (jammed the devices in ears) got angry and started berating me when I could not make out auditory words!!! I started shaking and crying it was so bad! I have neuro and hearing issues and she knew this and stated “the Dr has been waiting a half hour and just say it!” OVER AND OVER AGAIN! I couldn’t as the words were garbled and I kept telling her so but she did not care! Worse…once I saw the Dr he asked me my family history which was clearly written I was adopted! He never looked at my paperwork or was too busy he forgot! I told him about my vestibular going out too earlier months ago. He NEVER EVEN CHECKED! He looked in my ears told me I obviously have neuro issues and need someone else. He chuckled when I tried to explain my issue saying “thank you for the long history… …but I just need an answer” which I was trying Extremely Hard to give! No nice to meet you, no apology for the angry hearing test giver, just acted like it was ALL ME and ignored my statements!
