I have been a patient here for many years and will continue to be God willing. Dr, Dietrick and the staff have always been friendly and compassionate. The only reason for four out of 5 stars is because it seems to me that the staff i.e. Doctors and nurses have become hard to contact or get messages to as of late. The only way to contact the office any more is via their text message system. This system works very well for the most part, but there are exceptions to every rule. If you call the office, you cannot get a hold of a human, you either leave a message or it bounces you back to the text message system.

Everyone is warm, welcoming, and friendly; the Dr. & the medical staff have always been helpful & informative. And, Patient. I Definitely recommend.

My visit was done professionally and caring. Listened to my concerns and responded. Have no complaints.

Got into see Amanda right on time Answered my questions efficiently and was great explaining about my medication Sorry the Lantana office closed but understand why Wellington did great checking me in and taking my copay Thank you for your great service

All staff is friendly and helpful. They also take the time to know there patients by name

I found your office staff keeps the place running and very organized manner and timely. The doctors assistants Are very knowledgeable and caring. They had everything set up and ready for when the doctor walks in.

The entire office staff, especially Faroh is INCOMPETENT!!!! They lie right to your face.

I’ve been with Dr Keith Dietrick for 13 years. I will never go to another pain management doctor, EVER. Obviously, I’m very very happy with them. The surgery center is also A+. In fact I’m getting an overdue epidural in my lower spine this coming Tuesday. Only overdue cause of COVID-19.
