First after being seen in the ER a couple times and told to follow up in 2 weeks you are told by the office it will be 3 months at the soonest. Then after waiting all this time Dr. Cornado needs an app to help her write her notes. Okay We gave her grace and allowed it hoping they would be more through. It gets even better though she doesn’t even give you the dignity to look at you while you are talking to her during your appointment she is busy typing and staring at the computer!! She doesn’t know how treat her patients she has zero empathy or bedside manner but okay maybe she is great at what she does?! Nope not at all she doesn’t get back to you about any concerns not by phone or even memorial message system. She messes up standard procedure orders that takes a week to straighten out after escalating it to waiting for a call back from practice manager who by the way never calls you!!! The staff is utterly useless and uncaring
