Cappleman Medical Group

I have found that Grace Norris is an exceptional addition to the Cappleman Group. Karen Jones and Ronda Jones are both great as well and have always been responsive. I am writing this review to recommend Grace, who is an APRN that you would not know is not an MD. She is that good. She spends time with you and never rushes you. She listens and more than that, she hears you. I have never left an office visit or even a teleconference feeling that she did not do all she could. While all groups are the sum of their parts with some being better than others, Grace stands out. She never ceases to amaze me with her follow up. She has called me in the evening after the practice is closed and you would think she would be home. Who does that? She does. There has been a lot of change in the office in the past year or so and I must say that the staff as a whole is very helpful. I would definitely recommend Grace and I hope she is there for a long time. Gace is an asset to the practice.
