Dr. Ross and Dr. Wong. not Dr. Pongos: The current office manager Angel had me on hold for 47 minutes. He had left the office at some point and I found out near the end of my call by calling in from another line. The doctors do not know the procedures for authorization. One of the drs gave a referral for two different things but did not know that we also needed a pre authorization. So now several weeks later we find out why my family member cannot seem to get in to see the two different kinds of specialists she needs. We call in to ask why and what we can do about it and this Angel puts me on hold and says he will get back to me with the answer.
