I would not recommend Dr. Merritt if you have cancer and like to ask questions about ur diagnosis, options etc. He was very abrupt and literally told me ' I will ask the questions ' I was shocked. FYI I am a Lung and breast cancer survivor, and now have neck cancer. I could not believe how robotic and rushed it felt. I've had thoracic surgeon, breast surgeon, oncologists, radiation therapy and never encountered anything like this. I tried asking questions which any typical person with cancer would and he stopped me. As it turned out he was not qualified to do the surgery and it's good because I don't think I want someone cutting into me that barely to the time to say hi. Ugh! Also I had verified before I went that he was qualified because I didn't want to pay for a wasted visit. Obviously the staff has no clue because they told me yes. Bad experience all the way around.

I have been treated for both allergies & fitted for hearing aids. Both went smoothly.

Got home after an appt. I got an email that my acct./medical history had been updated online. I went online and saw where they entered my blood pressure as 120/80. They never took my blood pressure!!! How can you trust anything they do?? Not me, I'm never going back! Dr. Stewart was a joke, too!

I didn't even get into the office I have called 4 times every time I've been on hold for a hour one time then 30min the other times.I was calm till the 3rd time then went off on the appointment schedule lady because they kept saying they didn't get referral the doctor had sent 2 or 3 times at this point.Lady wasn't helpful and rude I had my doctor send my referral to a different doctor.

The place is old and filthy. The staff is horrible - especially Aracelli. She has an awful attitude. She should NOT be interacting with patients. Telephone wait times are an average of 40 minutes when you call in.
