In less than 1 minute an employee, I believe she was their anesthesiologist, called me a liar twice. Both things I can back up. Went in for 2 procedures yesterday after fasting and doing colon prep the day before. Appointment was originally at 9:00. They called Friday changing it til 10:00. Arrived 9:36. Took back at 10:38. Given gown too small so covered with blanket, got fussed at for not wearing gown. Explained and got fussed at again. Got I. Took to procedure room. Got called liar by hateful woman. Took back to staging told 2 hours til procedures. Then hateful woman comes back and says I will now be last patient of day. There was already 5 other people there to go after me so at least 5 hours til me. Refused to wait or reschedule.
