Dr. Refai and his team provided the most comprehensive and thorough treatment for me in the nearly 30 years I’ve dealt with spinal issues. On our first meeting, he reviewed not only my current MRIs but also all past ones, identifying a problem I didn’t know needed surgical attention in addition to the main issue. He did a great job explaining what he saw and the issues we needed to address. During my two surgeries, in one week, he not only fixed the pressing issues but also spent a lot of time cleaning up scar tissue from prior surgeries. This made a big difference. The surgical, clinical, and hospital staff were excellent. They were personable, visited frequently, and took wonderful care of me. It was a rough week in the hospital. But at the eight-week mark, I feel better now than I have in years. I’m told my healing will be nearly complete in four months. I feel good now. I look forward to feeling great in November.
