When an issue came up with one of my box of contacts, Mr. Trent Heinrich, who is the manager of Glasses and Contacts department, went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I received my replacement contacts as quickly as possible. His outstanding support made me glad that I am a patient and customer of Georgia Eye Associates. Knowing that people like Mr. Heinrich are there to help gives me great confidence in this company in knowing that they are hiring the best of the best. Thank you!!!

Do not use Georgia Eye Associates for your cataract surgery if you want responsive, responsible and caring service. I used Dr Gillian who appeared to not have a clue as to what he was doing for my Light Adjustable Lens procedure. Did not explain what he was doing during the procedure, and, at one time, he yelled at me to stay still but never told me for how long nor the pain that I would encounter. He also kept me waiting in their 'intermediary' waiting room for over an hour during one visit with no one coming by to say anything. When I asked questions on the patient portal, NEVER heard back from anyone to this day (6 months later)!! For this I spent $5,000 per eye and still do not have 'good' vision as promised.If you want to spend your $$ on someone that just doesn't care about your well-being as a patient, I urge you to go there! I am weighing my options beside just web postings.
