This doctors office is the worse, and I went to see Dr. Jacinto last month. I had already had my family physician fax over my referral to see Dr. Jacinto weeks before my appointment. The day of my appointment they told me they never received the faxed when, I know for sure my family physician faxed it to them twice. So they told me if I had it to email it to their office email address. I emailed it to them twice during my office visit, and one of the front desk staff members told me she received it. I had a amazing visit with Dr. Jacinto, but the front staff is very unorganized. I just received a bill for $295.00 from this doctors office. When I called my insurance company they said it was because my visit wasn't authorized. They literally had my authorization from my family physician and still filed my claim wrong. On top of that this office is unprofessional, and super ghetto! I had to file a readjustment with my insurance company so my bill can be zeroed out!
