I was recommended to this physician. I never met him only the RN. Every visit it was Dr Cumberbatch operates this way his policy is this. The worst experience. I am in the process of being referred to another office. It was like pulling teeth to get an appointment. I recently moved to this area and I can say going forward I need my doctors to be affiliated with WellStar austell or kennestone even the RN agreed. Its unfortunate I never had the opportunity to meet him. If you don't have time for your patients don't take them on.
