Sloppy, no follow up
Had an eye exam. Trialed one pair of contacts and the power was too weak on one eye. I called and they said I could come and pick up a higher power. I accidentally discarded the pair and they would only give me the one contact sample, not a pair. No biggie- I made it work. I then called to order my contacts and requested the higher power one because the initial lower power gave me a headache. Fast forward a few months later, I finished my old contacts and went to wear the new contacts that target had shipped to my house. They were the wrong prescription! Kinda my fault because I didn’t double check the prescription before opening the box but in the 49 years I’ve been wearing contacts I’ve never had this happen. Called to follow up 2 days ago and was assured that the manager would call me. No call, nothing. I finally just asked for the right rx so I can order my contacts elsewhere since I’ve had a headache from the wrong rx for 2 days. Sloppy and nonexistent customer service.
