No matter how many times I try to hang in there with this office, they make me feel unwanted and they dismiss you. They don't offer any grace when emergencies happen at all. I could be dealing with a health issue or anything with work and they don't care. The front desk associates who book the appointments are the most insensitive women I have ever dealt with. I am in the business of communications and they don't care what just happen and they give you no grace or flexibility in scheduling. But, let something happen to one of them and they need to upend your whole day like that and they give themselves grace but not the customer. It is very disappointing considering the doctors who run the practice are the poster children for professionalism. After you drive over 20 miles the less they could give you is an additional 5 minutes beyond the 10 minute cut off but no. This just upsets me to no end. If you are a working professional, this is not the dentist office for you.
