One too many admin issues

When I showed up to the office I was advised that my appointment was cancelled. Even though prior to my arrival I received a confirmation text that morning. The staff advised that the office is switching over to a new system so that may be why I was not advised prior. HOWEVER, this was the second time that I showed up to an appointment only to be advised that my appointment had been cancelled. Also, I personally know of others who this has happened to before this system migration. Because of this I will no longer visit this office. My decision is not because of any unsatisfactory experience with the Dentist or Hygienist it is because of the administrative blunders that I have experienced on more than one occasion. It is unfortunate that I am leaving as I really enjoyed Dr. Priyanka's care for several years.
