2 3I take my husband in for his normal visit. I am my husband’s caregiver. Speak with the doctor letting her know nothing has changed and the meds are working. She stated she will call in his refill. And for me to make sure when I come in to bring the current bottle. I was instantly confused. But will comply. 2 12called to check on status of prescription and was told they would pass the message to Doctor, NOTHING2 19called back as husbands meds were getting low. NOTHING2 20went into the office-doctor comes out to the lobby asking for information on husbands back surgeries and then asked for the doctors name and phone number. I am totally confused, she should be able to see all this in his chart. I take care of and monitor all of my husbands meds very well, I don’t understand her logic behind this. It was very embarrassing and humiliating. I am still waiting for a call from the office manager but will also be contacting VA regional office about this incident

I am a chronic pain patient who is 100% disabled. I needed someone who would take care of me for the rest of my life. I can't take pain pills and the patch was the only thing I could take. I was so grateful to find a doctor who I 'thought' actually 'cared' about my pain and was going to help me. Boy was I wrong. This place will never return your calls or portal messages, heck, they won't even return a call from an attorney. They didn't do an authorization for medicine and caused me to go through horrific withdrawals for a week because they were ' too busy' to fill out 1 piece of paper (even though they had over 3 weeks to do it) and fax it to my insurance company. They don't keep accurate/correct medical records and will lie on your records, tell you they will fix it, then do nothing and lie right to your face. Now I will be forced to go through another withdrawal in 2 weeks when my medication runs out again, and I can't get in with another dr. because of their lies.
