I was a long time patient, along with my daughter. I needed a small Pilar Cyst removed. I scheduled an appointment to get it removed. Cleaver charged me $155 for the appointment, only to tell me that I needed to schedule another appointment to have the cyst removed. I received 6 notifications reminding me of my appointment by text, email and phone. None of those included an estimate for the procedure. The morning of the appointment, I arrived and was asked if I was prepared to pay the $855 expense, which I was not, so I respectfully left. Now I have a no-show bill for $250, $81 of which they already billed to my card without my permission. If you want a dermatologist that cares about you and not your money, you need to keep looking.
