For the Record Dr Saba Haeringer is an amazing young doctor. Very attentive & thorough. The practice is one of the worst practices I have been to in the area. They never EVER follow through with prescriptions. Say they are going to send it. We have had to call literally 10 times. They send the wrong dose, wrong medicine. We went through it with Walmart. Walmart says it is common for them. I gave the practice the benefit of the doubt (thinking maybe it was Walmart) and after a month at a new pharmacy - the scripts STILL were not corrected. We physically went in to get paper scripts and the way the wrote one was STILL WRONG. At that point I knew it was intentional. They never follow through with anything which is more common these days. they gaslight you and make you feel like your complaints are the problem. No, how about if the back-office does their job!

I pay a $50 self pay at each visit. I keep getting bills after I pay the $50. This time it was $94 more. I talked to the billing department as the doctor told me to and she did not fix it. Now in addition to that bill I have another $114 bill. I’m not sure what it’s for. I expect a $58 bill for an EKG but as far as I know it hasn’t billed yet. My balance now is $208. I was told I do not owe anything after I pay my $50. I cancelled my upcoming appointment for Monday. I cannot trust the billing department to properly do her job. She will not call and even after I have talked to her in person and on the phone for the last 2 months the bill is still there. In addition to a $677 quest diagnostics bill that was $364 too much from June that was never resolved as well. Unfortunately I will not be returning for treatment to Dr Anderson because of unresolved billing issues. It has caused tremendous stress and a loss of peace every time I get a bill in the mail that will never get fixed.
