Do NOT Recommend. Stay away. 1 star is too much. Even Zero stars would be too much. This place should be negative stars. Now, Dr. Mepani was nice. Helped diagnose my condition and gave me just 1 prescription. It worked! But after 3 months when it was time to re-fill. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The office staff/receptionist/assistants, were the worst humans I ever had to deal with. They hang up on you. Never return any calls you made. And I made 15 calls in 3 weeks. 1 a day. And could not get to talk to the Assistant or get a refill. The receptionists will just hang up on you or transfer you to a dead line where they know no one will ever answer and return your calls. You call, tell them it’s been days and you haven’t heard back and they will snap at you and say “we are all really busy here”. yet they accept new patients And have appointments available the next day or 2. They charge you a “new patient fee which even with insurance,will cost you hundreds
