Ponce Primary Care

As of January 2023, Ponce Primary Care is actually Ponce Nursing Care. There are no actual physicians available to see patients. All patients were abruptly notified that the previous MDs, Angela Holder and Chad Costley were no longer seeing patients. Visits with the Nurse practitioners were incredibly disappointing. Do not recommend.

I can not say enough good things about this practice. Very attentive and thorough without overburdening one with unnecessary tests.

Terribly run medical office. We called to set up new patient appointments because we just moved to the area. First the office would not make an appointment without us submitting the new client paperwork. By the time we called back after sending over records and emailing paperwork the office suddenly changed their availability and said they were full. The individual who schedules patients was ready to schedule an appointment for myself but somehow they became full when I said we had an urgent need for an appointment for our daughter to get forms for school completed. During this process of calling the office to set up the appointments, Ponce Primary called us two times and did not leave a message with this information, which would have been very helpful in our search for doctors for our two children. This office has sketchy practices just in how they accept new patients. I would not trust them to provide good care for us based on how we were treated.
