Only giving 1 star due to her excellent nursing staff. Dr. Carlson however, is awful. She actually shamed me for not having medical procedure taken care earlier, when it was her office that canceled my first appointment for the procedure, and they rescheduled so far out. Furthermore, when I expressed my frustration for being left in a room for almost an hour, after her office asked me to come in 2.5 hours earlier for my scheduled appointment, she informed me that I was a 'self entitled patient' and 'sometimes things aren't about me' furthermore stating I could find a new doctor. During this tirade she informed me that her dad had just died. I suggested to her staff that she may have wanted to take the day off instead of taking her frustration out on a patient. I have never felt so attacked by Doctor. Worst part is now I am needing a biopsy and am left to my own regard to find a new doctor, while needing medical care.
