Front office staff need training
Dr. Tuhina Patel is amazing and very patient. However, the front office staff are horrible at having personal conversations that are too loud and it’s very inappropriate. It’s almost like they forget they’re at work. The conversations themselves are not inappropriate but I don’t think they realize how bad it makes them look that they are talking loud about their weekend plans and other personal business that no one wants to hear. It’s almost embarrassing for them.
