Asked to be there at 0930 for a 1000 appointment to fill out paperwork. No problem. Taken into the exam room promptly at 1000, asked to disrobe down to my underwear and cover up with a provided paper sheet. Dr. Lazzara came in 45 minutes later, introduced herself and conducted an exam. She was very nice. Explained everything she was doing, asked if I had any concerns, etc. But never once did she apologize for being 45 minutes late. I find it insulting that she believes this is an acceptable practice.
