Center for Allergy and Asthma of Georgia-Acworth/Kennesaw

Just had the most ridiculous experience with this place! I made an appt online via their website last week after my daughter had a severe allergic reaction. I received an email from them to upload our insurance and info (which i did) and also about 5 appt reminders before showing up today. I even contacted their office to make sure my daughter would be able to be seen because of her age (she was). Then I take my lunch break and use it for this appt, drag my daughter to work with me to save time and then to this appt. When we arrive, we are told we don't have an appt. I show her the 5 texts on my phone confirming this exact appointment at this exact location on this exact day. Then she asked me to show her my confirmation email, which I did. Then she had some other employee look at it and then still proceeds to tell me I don't have an appt. I was baffled.
