Dr. Poland is excellent and so is the scheduling staff. If you call to request a refill or new order for refill be prepared to make numerous calls. These staff members do not return phone calls.

The absolute worst communication of any organization I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, I have been putting up with this for years. If you have any issue, no matter how minor, be prepared for numerous phone calls, wait times, and no action. The only people that you can get hold of over the phone is the scheduling employees. They seem to be the only people that care. But, they are just acting as proxies sending messages to all other employees trying to get problems resolved. They suggested I sign up for the portal. The portal does not even recognize me as a patient. Did I mention I have been a patient for over 10 years? I had a small billing issue, the number they gave me was to a 3rd party billing/collections company. Since I am "self-pay" and do not owe anything, they don't recognize me as a patient. I am now on my 7th phone call, 2 hours worth of time, and nothing has been resolved. I decided to send a message via their website - don't bother, nobody reads them.
