Went to see what this bump in the palm of my hand was because it was hurting. Dr had POOR bedside manner and was very dismissive like I was wasting his time with this. He said it was Dupuytrens con stricture and just to "watch it"

While Dr. Mangonon was gentle and compassionate, I cannot recommend this practice whatsoever. They lied repeatedly to me about what my surgery would cost, what they would charge, etc. They charged my insurance $1M (yes, literally 1 million USD) for a $3K wrist surgery, which was registered as out of network because of their dishonest billing practices. Even if your insurance covers their main doctors or the main practice, they do NOT file the claim under any of those names - instead they deliberately file an out-of-network claim from their "sister company" which is an in-house surgical center in the same building, connected by a single door. Trying to argue with their Billing Manger over this was absolute hell. I had documented repeated conversations with their staff confirming the exact $ amount I would owe for the surgery, on multiple different dates. Eventually they sent a Collections Agency after me, for the legitimate charges which I ALREADY PAID in the office! Absolutely absurd.
