I am mortified at the way this practice has treated me. I inquired about scheduling surgery 2 weeks ago and I have been talked to like a piece of dirt by the office manager's admin assistant, Courtney. I spoke to her after the office manager, Donna Fisher, left the office without returning my call. Courtney looked into my account and told me that the surgery scheduler, Randi, and the insurance specialist were bothworking on my case and that's why I haven't heard back. I explained to her that I left a detailed message almost 2 weeks ago when I was told she was on vacation and I never heard back from her at all this week. How was I to know they are working on my case? She got very rude with me and I asked to speak to the Doctor's line so I could leave him a message. She told me that the doctors and their staff do not have voice mails. I said that's fine I will write Dr. Burris a letter and let him know why I won't be having major shoulder replacement surgery with this practice.
