No response, no follow-up
I have been a patient for many years,and it is unfortunate that I fi d myself writing this review. I have reached out to the office multiple times, both by phone and mail, to voice my concerns, but,like my care,no one has felt the need to follow-up. The failure to send my lab work off for testing, coupled with the lack of response to my office calls, ultimately ked me to seek emergency room care. And, could have lead to serious complications if not treated.Now despite this neglect, I am being contacted and threatened to be sent to collections for services that not only failed to meet my expectations but also contributed to a higher emergency room bill due to lack of proper follow-up.
