Please Find another vein clinic. I originally went to them in 2018-2019 and was diagnosed with venous reflux in both legs by Dr. Wynter. Well I was given a prescription for compression sock to wear for 6 months. At my follow up appointment, the doctor said he didn't see any problem and brushed me off. Fast forward 3 year later, I started the procedure of closing the four necessary veins with another doctor, but due to circumstance on his end, he could not complete it and I was left with one vein that needed closing. I reached back out to this clinic, only to be told by Kaitlin that she did not see any evidence of venous reflux. I have left a couple of messages for Kaitlin to call me and have not received a return phone call. This clinic is only out to get your money. Please find another clinic and save yourself the unnecessary trouble.

Terrible customer service-scheduling, they really don't care about patients just about a numbers of phone calls. As much I like my doctor I have to switch for another facility where they threat their patients with the respect.
