Floyd Primary Care of Rockmart

I checked in for an urgent care visit and had waited a while (40 minutes.) I couldn’t help but notice the girl working the front desk and her outstanding customer service skills. This wasn’t just with me but other patients as well. What stood out to me the most was her acknowledgment of me and updating me on how much longer it may be. She let me know I wasn’t forgotten and they were cleaning a room. As a manager myself in a medical office setting, this meant more to me than anything. I never even let her know I was getting anxious. She had the ability to read the room. She was attentive to everyone and everything going on around her. More than that, she was super friendly and seemed to enjoy what she does. In healthcare today, this means so much! Too many do it for the money and not because they genuinely have empathy and care for others! Big shout out to Azaria! She deserves to be acknowledged for going above and beyond for her patients.
