In this office they charge you upfront, not even the day of the appointment, but the day when you schedule your appointment. And the amount in my case was 2.5 times more then I was supposed to pay according my insurance. they refused to refund my card, so I had to work with my insurance to dispute the charge. they tried to resubmit another codes in order to keep my money, didn't work, the insurance sent me a check for the overcharged amount. Very dishonest practice, not recommended.
